At Bags 4 U, we mainly work with Ripstop canvas and 600D material.
Our materials are chosen for practical, durable bags that can handle everyday use, travel, storage and work-related purposes.
Not all materials are suitable for every bag design. We will advise which material is best suited depending on the bag size, use, design and construction.
Please note that material colours may look slightly different on screen than in person, and shades may vary from batch to batch. All colours and prints are subject to availability.
Our bags are water-resistant / splashproof, but not fully waterproof due to the stitching.
Ripstop Canvas
Ripstop canvas is our most popular and recommended material for custom bags. It is strong, durable, and has a woven grid pattern that helps prevent small tears from spreading.
It is well suited to practical, hard-working bags used for travel, storage, outdoor use and everyday carry.
Please note: Khaki, Black, Grey and Taupe are the colours we use most often and usually keep in regular stock. Navy is also available, subject to availability.
600D Printed Materials
600D is a strong synthetic material with a PVC backing. It works well for certain bags, especially where a colourful or patterned finish is preferred.
Important note: Embroidery is not available on Navy Bont, Pink Flowers and Purple Flowers 600D, as the print contains small hard plastic elements that can break embroidery machine needles.

600D Solid Colours
600D is a strong synthetic material with a PVC backing. It works well for practical bags where a smooth, colourful finish is preferred.

Special Printed Spring Flowers 600D
Spring Flowers 600D is a specially printed material and is not part of our normal stock range.
Please note: This material is printed specially, so pricing is higher than our standard materials. Availability may also depend on printing lead time.
Best suited for clients wanting a special printed finish.
